    Cosy flat with open living space and a terrace overlooking the Brugse Vaart. This flat is an ideal base for exploring the region in and around Nieuwpoort, and in the holiday park everyone enjoys the swimming pool in summer and there is a playground for children

    Escape the hustle and bustle and discover picturesque Nieuwendamme, where you can stroll along the banks of the Yser and enjoy a beautiful natural landscape. The area breathes history with the imposing Fort of Nieuwendamme, a military heritage that protected the settlement and shows a fascinating piece of the past. Cycling and walking routes take you past beautiful fields, canals and green areas, perfect for nature lovers and families. From here it is also quick to the lively Nieuwpoort-Bad, where sea and beach invite relaxation and recreation

Wir kennen das Apartment sehr gut, da wir gute Freunde der Eigentümer sind und bereits mehrfach in der Vergangenheit dort verweilt haben. Dennoch habe ich einige Anmerkungen bezüglich Sauberkeit und Hygiene. - Die Beleuchtung im WC war bei unserer Ankunft defekt und es gab kein WC-Papier; wir haben die Lampe selbst ersetzt. Wir erhielten lediglich eine Rolle WC-Papier in einem Beutel vom Immobilienbüro. - Schmutzige Gläser im Schrank. - Überall hingen Spinnen- oder Staubfäden, die ich entfernt habe. - Hinter und zwischen den Vorhängen lagen tote Insekten. - In Bad- und Schlafzimmer fanden wir überall dunkle lange Haare (auch im Bett), ein schmutziges Bettlaken im Schrank und ein zurückgelassenes Handtuch. Ich habe sie mitgenommen und dem Eigentümer übergeben. - Der Eigentümer wird von der Immobilienfirma verpflichtet, Bezüge für Matratzen und Kopfkissen bereitzustellen. Wir erwarten daher auch, dass diese bei neuen Mietern durch saubere ersetzt werden. Was wir vorfanden, waren von Flecken beschmutzte Bezüge. Eklig! - Die Terrasse war schamlos dreckig! Das Plastik über dem Tisch hätte mindestens einmal abgewischt werden sollen, und die Balustraden könnten auch eine gründliche Reinigung gebrauchen. Werden die Fenster jemals gereinigt?
