The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo

"We were able to check in an hour early. Rosie was very friendly and helpful. As for the room, had to kill a couple of wasp in our train car room, AC never turned on or didn't blow in the bathroom. Beef was very comfortable. They had a stand up fan in the room due to the extreme temperatures that weekend, so very nice. We would definitely stay again."

"We loved this charming mountain retreat! The room was nicely sized and decorated. Nice touches like robes and plush towels, a bottle of wine, and scented soaps. The bed was comfy although a little creaky. The balcony had two rocking chairs and provided a lovely view of the city and the river. I watched a sunset and a beautiful sunrise. There are two hot tubs and a pool which we did not use. A nice free breakfast was served daily in the sky deck room which was a beautiful lounge with a big balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!"

"It took me a while to decide between Lookout Mountain Inn and other options but I loved staying here. The cottage was even better than the pictures show. Carefully put together, lived all the details. You truly have everything you may need to feel at home. We didn't do it, but you could easily cook anything using the provided kitchen utensils or the grill in the back (they provide charcoal, lighter and firewood for the fire pit). The private jetted tub was a great experience!! Everything was clean and welcoming. Access, check in and check out is a breeze. And the breakfast is good. Everything is made fresh by Jill and Kevin, the inn keepers. The place is peaceful and very well located. There were a few things to fix, like the kitchen light kit not working. But overall, it was a great experience."
