About this property

Villa located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Cote d’Azur. For 8 people, with a swimming pool

  • Perfectly located villa, with an overlooking view on the sea and a wide green area. Entirely redecorated in 2008. New terraces, new bathrooms updated during las years. Villa is extremely well equipped with complete kitchen and accessories.
    Near access to shops, beach, tourist spots.
    Villa has a private pool what gets sun all day around.
    High level of garden has a well-maintained lawn with mediterranean plants all around. The low level of the garden gathers numerous fruit trees of southern régions (orange, lemon, peach, figs, banana, grapes).
    Sheets and towels are on option to be managed directly with the owner. Cost is € 25.00/person and will be paid 14 days prior arrival.
