Villa in the Hills of Nice

Corine and Thierry invite you to stay at their villa in Colomars, in the hills above Nice, located just 20 minutes from the highway, the airport, and city centre Nice with its beaches—and just 5 minutes from all local amenities. The flat lot, approximately 1,000 m², welcomes you into a natural setting of absolute tranquility. Outside, in addition to the spacious, partially shaded terrace, the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills (Bellet, Saint Pancrace) with a prime orientation that provides exceptional east-south-west sun exposure, warming our new 8m x 4m free-form lagoon-colored pool. For your off-season stays, you can enjoy a swim thanks to the heat pump. The house is very comfortable and air-conditioned, featuring a spacious living room, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a full shower room on the ground floor, complete with electric shutters and a centralised locking system. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with its open, private bathroom. The rental includes linens, Internet, secure parking, and a gas grill. Access to the villa is via a 200-meter-long, drivable path leading to the automatic gate. Garden and pool maintenance are provided during your stay. We can accommodate up to 3 additional guests in our unique cottage on the same fenced-in property, located just about 100 metres from our house.
