What a pleasure to swim in the sea and shower in the flat! Individual air conditioning in all bedrooms. Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee machines, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, induction hob, extractor hood and all kitchen utensils. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The tram is right behind the apartment and plenty of food and stores within a short walk. Would definitely stay there again.
The location is great, just minutes from the airport, complete view of the beach/water. Just walk across the street and you’re in it! Large condo/apartment plenty of room. Super cool that the bathroom floor is heated! Little market just minutes a walk away. Bus line right in the front to take you down to the main area.Super great place!!
This apartment had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The view was amazing and so convenient to take the elevator down and have a swim in the sea. It was close to restaurants and grocery and the tram was right behind the building so we could get to the rest of Nice and the riviera. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view.
Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.
The location of the property was good but you need the tram to be working to go to Old Nice. Public transport in FR is tricky with closures and strikes etc. The bathroom needs major cleanup with mold everywhere due to the lack of good exhaust. The owner is nice and tries his best but the apartment is not stocked well. We had to get multiple things which you would expect to be present in the place. The kids bedroom is good for 2 not 3 people but the sofa was nice and the AC's worked. The washer is very small and there is no dryer (only hang dry..)The balcony has a good view and you can see sunrise. Very close to the airport which was helpful. Property manager did provide all the details before arrival but VRBO site had very different instructions, so was a bit confusing but owner was responsive to guide us through.

Excellent view, close to trains and busses.
We stayed in late July. It was our first trip to Nice with kids (6 and 8), parents and grandmother.
Pros: Beautiful view of the sea. Transit and busses were less than a 5 minute walk from the property. The layout of the apartment worked well for us (kids’ room, parents’ bedroom and pull-out couch in the living room. )The elevator was convenient. Neighbors were friendly.
Cons: The English version of the apartment instructions didn’t include the building keypad code and the physical building keys we received didn’t work. We had to rely on waiting for friendly residents to let us in to the building until we could reach the host the next day to get the code. The host let us know that WhatsApp was the quickest communication method and was very responsive thereafter. We let the host know that there were dirty towels in a closet when we arrived and he told us he’d alert his cleaners of the issue.
Great location. Beautiful new bathroom. Lots of kitchen supplies. Only down side. Beds aren’t very comfortable for a long stay. Great host. Very accommodating.
Wonderful location! That is the big reason for staying here. Quiet at night, beach view and access. The tram just out back and bakery/groceries/restaurants at your doorstep. The check in was bumpy with VRBO sending different information than host and the bathroom could have used a little more attention but at this price with this location, it didn’t bother us.
The property was amazing! It was right in the water and very close to the tram lines which made it very easy getting to and from the airport. The host is amazing and was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early so we could explore the area. It was a great place to stay!
This was an absolute gem. A few steps from both trolly and bus lines along the promenade. It also had easy access to the beach. In spite of it being closer to the airport, we found it to be very quiet and slept well. We also really loved the balcony and watching the sea. I can highly recommend it.
The property was beautiful and an amazing location looking over the Mediterranean Sea. However the stay would have been perfect with little touches such as more than 1.5 toilet rolls, coffee pods for the machine and more comfortable mattresses on the beds in both bedrooms. It is the little things that make the renter feel valued
Gorgeous view of the beach, kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, dishes, microwave and toaster. Air conditioner worked well. Thierry always very responsive and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Apartment is definitely in need of updating. The view is terrific. The location is very good, right on the tram line and bus routes. The on-site parking is almost impossible unless you have an extremely tiny car.
This property offers great views on the promenade of Nice. This tram is right behind the building for easy access to the airport and downtown Nice! The kitchen is very small but adequate. The inside of the property is dated. There are several accommodations for families with small children.
The apartment had a lovely view and Thierry gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. We had to buy our own toilet paper & trash bags as there were no extras in the property. Additionally, some of the sheets in the 2nd bedroom appeared to have not been washed in some time & there were no additional towels either. We also struggled with water pressure in the shower. These things aside, the property has a gorgeous view of the Med, is close to a market, the tram, and various restaurants.
