The hosts, Regine and Bernard, were very kind and helpful. The studio was perfect for two people,with all modern conveniences and it was very clean. The yard and the big pool ( maybe the biggest in Bendejun) were very well maintained. This is a quiet place with lots of green and beautiful views. A perfect location if you want to get away from the city noise. We may return again next year. Subsequently when cross referenced to owners website advertised in the property i.e. second gite on-site, pool shared with non-holidaying tenants and therefore not private, riverbank view did not exist. During our first week owners dog was left on lead alone for long periods of time leading to its incessant barking and whining. Following our complaint on the second week dog was removed from site. The gite benefitted from a mosquito net, WiFi and was a well appointed compact studio. ##### Adam G. L’endroit est retiré très calme. Il faut toutefois prévoir un véhicule de préférence de petite taille pour accéder à la location car les routes sont très étroites. Das Quatier bildet so einen sehr angenehmen Kontrast zum quirligen Treiben in Nizza. Die Buchung über eine Agentur war kurzfristig möglich und unkompliziert, die Vermieterin meldete sich während des Aufenthaltes mit Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei - ein Gärtner brachte dort wachsendes Gemüse. Le stationnement est également acrobatique, mais on s'y habitue. Le visiteur est rapidement compensé par la très belle vue et par la très belle piscine. On peut s'asseoir dehors pendant la journée et le soir sur la terrasse, mais le soir il faut s'équiper d'un spray anti-moustiques puissant. Il n'y a pas de boulangerie à Bendejum, mais on peut au moins acheter du pain et des légumes au bureau de poste. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très gentiment et nous ont donné pas mal de bons conseils, même si la communication par téléphone n'était pas parfaite au début. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances au calme de l'arrière-pays niçois avec la facilité d'accès à la Côte toute proche. La location est située dans une belle demeure très bien entretenue par ses propriétaires : studio ouvert sur une terrasse sans vis-à-vis est très agréable pour des petits déjeuners au soleil ou des soirées "à la fraîche". Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l'accès privatif à la piscine et au magnifique jardin tout comme l'accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes. Leur empathie et leur gentillesse à notre égard nous ont particulièrement touchées. Nous avons également apprécié leurs conseils avisés lors de nos déplacements (à Nice, Monaco, l'Italie). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es führt eine kurvenreiche Strecke ans Haus, geparkt werden kann im Hof selbst. Das nächste große Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt 15min entfernt. Der Graten ist großartig und durch den angelegten Pool lässt sich der ein oder andere Tag gut in den Bergen verbringen. Bendejun ist ein guter Ort um die Ruhe zu genießen und am Abend nach einer Küstentour zu relaxen. Mückenschutz sollte mitgebracht werden, wobei das Bett durch ein Netz geschützt wird. Die Terrasse direkt an der Wohnung bietet einen perfekten Ausblick und vergrößert den kleinen Wohnraum immens. Die Familie lebt im großen Landhaus vor Ort, alle sind sehr nett und diskret. Die direkte Nähe ist nicht zu spüren. Es befindet sich ebenfalls eine weitere FeWo auf dem Gelände, durch Pflanzen etc. gibt es kaum Sichtmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld verlief absolut zuverlässig und zügig. Vielen Dank für ein paar tolle Tag!! ##### Lena R. C'est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région : Nice et les villages de l'arrière pays notamment. La route d'accès grimpe bien, en lacets : la voiture est indispensable et il vaut mieux éviter de la faire plusieurs fois par jour... Il manque un grille-pain dans le gîte n°1..... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets, leur gros chat également.... En conclusion tout cela est très positif. ##### alain h. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue panoramique, la piscine exposée au soleil toute la journée, le calme de l'endroit, la moustiquaire au-dessus du lit , la discrétion des propriétaires mais qui n'hésitent pas à vous renseigner ou faire un brin de causette dès votre demande. Situation idéale pour visites touristiques ( Les gorges de la Vésubie, Le parc aux loups, villages pittoresques : Peillon, Berre-les-Alpes, Tourette-sur-Loup, Gourdon,..) Nice (où il vaut mieux vous y rendre en tram ). Gîte à recommander aux amoureux de la nature, venez, vous ne serez pas déçus. ##### Bernadette R. Le gîte est propre, agréable et calme, avec une terrasse très conviviale et reposante.Je conseil à des couples et des petites familles, de venir visiter cette région splendide et je ne peux que le dire aus gens que je connais. Venez et vous verrez, vous ne serez pas déçu,cet endroit mérite que l'on s'y arrête.
