Quiet, even though just above the street with the tram, restaurants, boulangerie, shops. On the edge of old town. The master bedroom is quite small, but it holds a king size bed - just barely. Location would be hard to improve--right on the edge of Vieux Nice , almost adjacent to Place Garibaldi and a short walk to Place Massena. There is a little traffic noise from the adjacent Blvd Jean Jaures (an amazing number of trams pass by) and some boisterousness from people on the street, but the 4th floor location offers some remove. The view from the windows and small balcony is just as lovely as the website pictures suggest. Kitchen is well equipped for light meals and has a very generous sized fridge. ##### Warren L.
