All the supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, garbage cans ...) Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves. All the linen and textile are entirely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats... We leave a delay between each reservation in order to air the whole apartment the handing over of the keys will be done by respecting the barrier gestures: washing of the hands, wearing of the obligatory mask, minimal distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass transparent to communicate serenely. Unique in Nice, each air-conditioned apartment has a separate bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, an equipped American kitchen. The 4th floor has an additional bedroom in mezzanine with a double bed too. EACH APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT. Fiber throughout the building for excellent wifi. Ideal for 4 families, can accommodate up to 16 guest. The building you rent is located 30 meters from the sea, at the corner of the saléya court and its daily local market. Ideal for large families, friends who wish to spend vacations all together while remaining each one independent. A few steps from the sea, its Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya (for your morning market), the green corridor with the Place Masséna. You will be in the heart of this magnificent old Nice. A few meters away from the tramway, you will be able to enjoy all the treasures of the region and the different gardens of Nice. This residence is located in the heart of old town, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to have separate units as we were 3 couples. The overall apartment is small with tiny showers but the beds were comfortable and we were not in the rooms much. We were a family of 9 and we rented all 4 bedrooms for 5 nights and it was plenty of space for everyone. It takes about 24 hours to get used to the stairs but after that the apartment felt like home. There's also a washer and AC in every room. Nous sommes venus pour un mariage et du coup tout le monde a logé dans l'un des 4 appartements que propose cet immeuble totalement privatisé. Un appartement par étage, nous étions 4 par étage, chaque appartement est totalement indépendant. nous étions tous ensemble,et chacun chez soit en même temps. Merci pour vos conseils, la bouteille de rosé.... Immeuble privatif se trouve quasi à l'angle de la mer et du cours saleya (le marché). Nous cherchons un moyen de réunir notre famille pour revenir de nouveau. C'était parfait !!! ##### michel D. Such an exceptional experience !! We were 4 couples with each of us childrens: each of them get our own flat and we were all together at the same time. I don't know how to describe this unique and unforgettable experience. The building and all apartments were super clean, very well located, bright, air-conditionind... Gregory and Yann was perfect in the communication, the explanatory of the place and the surrounding area. We have already booked for this summer!! thanks for everything ##### gregory m. ---
