the check in was terribile, like the comunication with the host; there was a problem with the sink and the washing machine that created a bad smell that couldnt let us cook well; plus we found nails of cat and human; the position was very good

The air conditioning wss great BUT is only in the living room. This means you have to leave the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. We might as well have rented a studio closer to the centre. The location is nice and quiet within walking distance of the beach, shops, the tram and the promenade. However, it was a long walk into the centre of Nice. The apt itself is very basic and we didn't have enough towels and paper essentials for a week long stay. We were provided with 1 large towel each and there were no hand towels in the bathroom. It felt a lot like student accommodation. The bed linen was of a cheap quality. The chairs in the living room were scratchy and uncomfortable. The walls are very thin and the neighbours were very loud both during the day and at night time. The stairs up to the 2nd floor were a lot in the heat. The apt was clean, but not all the dishes were cleaned when we arrivedand the floor could've done with a good mopping. Communication was minimal. I would not stay here again. It is overpriced and not cared for.

Good location, near beach, grocery store and tram stop. Comfortable bed, has everything we needed. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. I put OK for check in just because it was a little confusing to me but partially my fault did not read carefully and forgot in Europe the ground floor isn’t called the 1st floor so for us the apt is on the 3rd floor not 2nd, but it does say top so? Also I put ok for communication because I never got responses from messaging, but he was quick to answer our phone call and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I booked the home many weeks in advance with it saying on Expedia it was fully refundable up until a day before arriving. I tried to cancel the stay because our flight was cancelled and there was no refund. When I tried to contact the owner several times I received no response and was billed 100% of the rental rate. Not only will I not stay here again, I will not trust any of these “homes” to honor their refund policy.

Posizione buona,parcheggio in zona. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Appartamento funzionale, scarico wc problematico con fuoriuscita acqua da doccia. Da migliorare le indicazioni per entrare in casa e trovare l appartamento. Keybox ok e facile da trovare. Con un po' di adattamento siamo stati bene
