Easy to access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes on foot), the old town (15 minutes on foot) with its friendly shops and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'on foot from Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), on the 1st floor of a building with 4 floors of garage then 4 floors of apartments, so it is actually ... on the 5th floor, offering a panoramic view of the sea, the Baie des Anges, the Port, the old Castle of Nice and the city! The access to the sea is fast (10 minutes on foot), by small green and flowered streets. The comfortable interior has been completely refurbished. The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season) To get to the apartment from the airport: \- From the airport by bus: take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal of your plane) to the "Bus station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly on arrival or have to wait for the next one. \- From the airport by taxi: a taxi from / to the airport costs 30-35 € (depending on the number of bags and the journey time) and takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and traffic. To discover Nice and / or get around without a car: \- From the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, opposite the apartment, lines 81 and 100 will take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (one bus every 15-20 minutes). \- If you like walking: allow 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to Place Garibaldi, the start of the city center and Old Nice where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and very nice little restaurants. Place Garibaldi, there is also the 'tram' which connects the most important places in Nice (shops, cultural, tourist places, bus and train station, cinemas ...), the supermarket 'Monoprix' and the cinema 'Mercure' (nearest, 15 minutes on foot). Eine gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Eine schön bepflanzte und gepflegte Pool-Anlage, außerdem hat das Haus 2 Fahrstühle und eine Garage, was für uns wichtig war. Angenehm waren der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Empfang durch Noëlle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ##### Susanne G. Noelle nous a très bien accueilli dans cet appartement très propre et bien conçu pour une famille de 4\. Une vue à couper le souffle ! Le logement était très bien placé pour nous y rendre, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Noëlle. Elle a été bienveillante, attentionnée et riche de conseils pour découvrir les environs. En partant, notre fille a eu le sentiment de dire au revoir à "sa mamie" avec beaucoup de tendresse. Le logement était comme sur les photos, avec une très belle vue de la terrasse, propre et bien aménagé . Il était très appréciable de bénéficier de la piscine et de la place de parking. Un séjour vraiment très agréable et une adresse que nous garderons pour y revenir avec plaisir ! Merci pour tout Noëlle ! ##### Céline B. Die Wohnung war super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen traumhaft und der Tiefgaragenparkplatz super praktisch. Ideal auch die Bushaltestelle gegenüber. Die Gastgeber waren im Kontakt sehr freundlich. Vor Ort unterstützte die sehr engagierte und hilfsbereite Noëlle. Die sehr saubere Wohnung war ideal für unseren Paarurlaub und bot einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen sehr geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, alles funktioniert. Die Wohnung war auf Hochglanz poliert. Die Dusche ist toll. Der Ausblick vom Balkon traumhaft. Das Wasser im Pool war Mitte Oktober recht kalt. Wir haben es denn noch geschafft 1x darin zu schwimmen! Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt der Hausdame, Noëlle!
