New Orange Villa 6-BR A/C with a Salted Heated Pool & BBQ, Great Mountain View
A brand new airconditioned 6-bedroom/3-bathroom Orange Villa hosting up to 11 guests in Cagnes-sur-mer is 10 min from the beaches (by car).
You will enjoy magnificent sunset and mountain views from the HEATED SALTED SWIMMING POOL (private pool for your exclusive use, available between April and October, free of charge), the balcony and the terrace.
A Summer kitchen/Pool-house with a gas BBQ is at your disposal.
Wi-Fi and working space provided.
15 min from the airport. 3 min from the highway.
Grocery store is 7-8 min on foot.
A huge shopping mall (Polygone Riviera) is a 10-12 min walk/2 min by car.
6 Bedrooms can sleep up to 11 people (all equipped with blackout shades).
5 bedrooms are on the upper floor:
- a master bedroom with the queen-size bed and an access to the balcony,
- a double room with a queen-size bed and an access to the balcony,
- a double room with a double bed facing the south,
- a twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be modified in a queen-size bed upon request,
- a single room with a single bed.
The 6th bedroom has a double-bed and a en-suite walk-in shower-room. It is situated on the ground floor next to the spacious dining-room/living room with an access to a beautiful terrace with an unobstructed panoramic mountain view.
A spacious kitchen well equipped with appliances is at your disposal for cooking meals and preparing your drinks.
A modern patio with its summer kitchen offers nice eating space outside, a refrigerator to keep your drinks fresh and a gas BBQ to prepare your meat the way you like.
A luxury beach with sun-beds surrounding a heated swimming-pool of 10m x 4m is secured by a fence with a lockable gate.
There is an outdoor shower next to the pool and an outside WC behind the Patio.
Please note that the pool is heated up to +25/+26 degrees centigrade only when the daily temperature is above 20 degrees centigrade. We do not heat the pool when the temperatures are below 20 degrees centigrade (the pool is not heated between Nov and March).
Our villa is a wonderful place to relax in a calm environment while still being minutes within all commodities and highways/public transport.

Perfect Villa with great location and amenities
We had a fantastic stay at this villa! It’s conveniently located just a short walk from grocery stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab essentials and enjoy local dining. The villa itself was perfect, featuring a lovely pool and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. J'aimerais laisser un avis sur la villa Soggiorno à Cagnes-sur-Mer. Ce fut un séjour de trois jours incroyable, nous avons eu énormément de plaisir. Tout d'abord, quelques mots sur l'emplacement - la villa est très bien située, à seulement 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport, avec plusieurs grands supermarchés à proximité où nous avons pu acheter tout le nécessaire. À notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a accueillis et nous a montré tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La villa est composée de plusieurs étages avec six chambres, pouvant facilement accueillir 10 personnes. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une climatisation, ce qui est un vrai sauveur en période de forte chaleur estivale. Il est important de souligner la manière dont la maison maintient la température - quelques heures de climatisation suffisent pour que la maison reste agréablement fraîche jusqu'à la fin de la journée. La villa dispose également de deux cuisines - une intérieure, entièrement équipée de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, et une cuisine d'été située près du barbecue. La cuisine d'été est extrêmement pratique, avec l'eau courante et un réfrigérateur à proximité. Une mention spéciale pour la piscine - grande, belle, et c'était une combinaison incroyable : nager avant de manger des steaks après le barbecue.
Pour les petits détails, je noterais seulement qu'une des chambres avait un lit pour bébé, ce qui n'était pas très pratique pour un groupe d'adultes. À part cela, tout était tout simplement merveilleux!
