Decorated very warm and welcoming with a beautiful statue of Buddha. Its elevated sleeping area gives a certain charm to the main room and its exposed beams. It is equipped with 2 large sofas allowing you to spend friendly moments in the living room. The apartment has free WIFI internet by fiber optic access and air conditioning. In just a few seconds walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants. Then you will reach Place Masséna, the famous Avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties. ZEN is composed as follows: LIVING ROOM : The living room includes 2 large sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and air conditioning. From the living room you access the sleeping area by the steps. You will find a nice double bed. ENTRANCE: In the entrance is a large wardrobe. The location was perfect: 5 min to the beach, close to bakeries and supermarkets, bus stops and train stops. We had a great stay. When someone smokes downstairs at night, it seeps through the door and when we slept on the mezzanine bed with our kids, we could smell the smoke.
