Decorated chic, you will be in a luxury apartment with furniture and quality equipment. The rooms, large and bright, are warm and make you immediately feel at home. You will be seduced by the terrace of the apartment which is entirely in the quiet, and ideal for lunch, as well as by the charm of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, ideal for a summer stay. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has access via elevator as well as free wifi internet connection by fiber optic. Located in the Musicians area, you will be in the perfect neighborhood to enjoy the benefits of the city center while being away from noise. There are many shops and shops nearby. A few minutes walk you will reach the Promenade des Anglais with the sea and the beaches, Jean Médecin with its shops, the pedestrian street and its restaurants, Place Masséna or the Old Town of Nice. At the foot of the building you will find a bus stop, making it easy for you to move around the city. You can also reach the tram on Jean Médecin. Moreover, the railway station is only a few minutes walk and the best way to visit the surrounding cities. On request we offer you the garage located in the same residence. VILLA HARMONIE is arranged in the following way: TERRACE: Quiet with a table for 2 people. LIVING ROOM : Equipped with a leather sofa, a large flat screen TV, a radio station and books. Offers a dining area for 4 people. KITCHEN: American kitchen opening onto the dining area, has a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dish washer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
