Ideally located on the prestigious Promenade des Anglais, this apartment offers two convenient entrances: one on the Promenade side and the other on the Rue de France side, right next to the "Magnan" streetcar stop. It comprises a spacious living room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sleeping area, a functional laundry room and a shower room with toilet.
