SECRET BEACH DUPLEX is a lovely one bedroom duplex apartment. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches as well as from "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen" tramway station, 2 stations away from the hyper center.

You will appreciate the atypical side of the apartment, in a quiet courtyard with greenery and flowering trees. It is located on the 1st and last floor.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The wood slats wall, the workshop mirror and the industrial television cabinet bring cachet and a charming asset.

J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié son emplacement. Ce logement est très fonctionnel. Manque de luminosité par contre. Le fait d'avoir une machine à laver est très pratique mais le top serait d'avoir aussi un lave vaisselle. Il serait utile d'ajouter un porte serviette dans le toilette du bas.

Localisation excellente. Équipements complets. Confort et propreté sans faille. Extérieur, accès et couloirs pas très propres.. et voisins bruyants certaines nuits..

Un séjour gâché par une isolation phonique calamiteuse de l'appartement. J'ai eu droit selon les soirs à ce qui ressemblait à une fête de famille ou encore à une fête africaine avec tam-tam au milieu de la nuit..
