The area was close to the water and made for excellent walking. Stores were very close. The apartment was very clean with a wonderful balcony.
The only negative is that all the cupboards were very tall as well as the fridge. Difficult to reach for someone 5ft3.

Emplacement parfait !
La station de tramway est située directement devant ce complexe résidentiel. Un petit magasin alimentaire est situé juste de l’autre côté du tramway. (ouvert 7 jours) Entièrement rénové, l'appartement est compact mais fonctionnel pour deux adultes. Doté d'électroménagers Miele et d'ameublement de cuisine allemande Käcker, l'appartement est confortable, propre et bien climatisé.
Sans être inconfortables, la qualité du matelas, des oreillers et de la literie devraient être corrigés.

L'emplacement devant le tramway mais sans nuisances sonores, bel espace bien organisé, meubles et appareils ménagers de toute première qualité. Belle terrasse tranquille et bien exposée. Lit très confortable.
Serviettes de piètre qualité. Aucun torchon (j'ai dû en acheter), aucune essoreuse à salade. Aucun mode d'emploi pour les appareils ménagers, ce qui a provoqué un problème avec le lave-vaisselle et m'a empêchée d'utiliser le four à vapeur.
Problème de fuite d'eau au lave-mains de la salle de bain que j'ai signalé à mon départ.
