Renovated and decorated in a modern and comfortable style, you will still enjoy the charm of the old with its wooden parquet floor, its pretty corniches and moldings. It's the ideal apartment to stay with friends or family and to be together in a convivial way. The 3 bedrooms of the apartment are very quiet, which represents a great advantage compared to its location in the city center of Nice. They are all equipped with a TV and air conditioning. All the apartment is benefiting from air conditioning in all rooms and a free internet wifi connection by fiber optic. With the smart TV in the living-room you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of international channels available. You will be right in the city center, in the "rue de France", which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais. In just a few seconds walking distance you will be on the beaches, and on the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants. You will reach the Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties in only 10min walking distance.. You will find by foot of your building all the local shops such as the supermarket, the baker, the butcher, the cheese, the pharmacy, the organic supermarket, as well a lot of restaurants. You will also be near the bus stops, which will allow you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings. The city of Nice offers numerous blue bike points, a resort is located less than 1 min from the apartment. The railway station is a 15-minute walk away, the SNCF network is very convenient for visiting the neighboring cities or going to Italy for the day Nice airport is 15 minutes by car or bus from the apartment.
