This 4 persons apartment offers a spacious living area. Its balcony overlooking the gardens of the courtyard is very popular for its calm. The prestigious shops, the pedestrian area and the sea are just a few minutes' walk away. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it benefits from free internet Wi-Fi by fiber optic and is fully air-conditioned. The apartment is located in the residential area of the musicians whose streets bear the names of famous musicians such as Verdi, Berlioz, Rossini, Mozart. It is recommended to walk there to admire the facades with the Belle Epoque architecture of the palaces and numerous hotels. The proximity of the cafés and numerous restaurants in the pedestrian zone and the old town allows you to stroll and discover the local culinary specialties. The neighbourhood is good and you feel safe even at night when you have to go home alone. Compared to other apartments it is also very large and offers a lot of space. Furthermore you will find almost everything you need in the apartment.
