Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur. COEUR D'AZUR is a magnificent, fully air-conditioned apartment for up to 4 people. You'll be seduced by its charm, characterized by stone walls and a glass roof that give it a unique atmosphere. Ideally located just a few steps from the sparkling sea, this elegant space perfectly combines contemporary style and functionality. Die Notfallnummer des Concierge hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl auch Fewo sich eingesetzt hat und versucht hatte jemanden zu erreichen. Wir haben dadurch 2 Vormittage verloren und kamen nicht aus der Wohnung raus. Fewo hat uns dann aufgefordert die Polizei oder die Feuerwehr zu rufen. Als uns das unangenehm war haben wir noch einen verzweifelten Versuch über Mail versucht und dann erst hat der Concierge mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns aus der Wohnung befreit. Er bot uns dann einen Refund an. Dann sagte er anschließend zu Fewo, das macht er doch nicht, er hätte ja die Zarge ausgebaut und wir könnten jetzt ja wieder jederzeit aus der Wohnung kommen. Das wir 2 Vormittage in der Wohnung festsaßen, unseren Sprachkurs versäumt haben etc. war ihm völlig egal. Mal ganz abgesehen davon, das die Sicherheit für das Appartement die ganze Woche nicht gegeben war und er vor allem die Sicherheitsbestimmungen für die ganze Wohnung bei Feuer etc. überhaupt nicht gewährleisten konnte.
