CHILL LOUNGE is a spacious crossing apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies ideally located just seconds from the Promenade des Anglais.
This comfortable apartment is ideal for staying with family or friends, you will enjoy relaxing and having a good time.
It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and has free WIFI connection (by optical fiber).
It is air-conditioned in the living-room and in the main bedroom.
You will be located in the city center, in the rue de France which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.
In just a few seconds on foot you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.
You will then reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
CHILL LOUNGE is composed as follows:
LIVING ROOM :
The living room consists of a pleasant sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a dining table. You will also find a full HD TV, an Xbox one with games and a fitness / bodybuilding area.
DINING ROOM :
The dining room has a table that seats 4.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
It gives access to a first North facing balcony.
MAIN BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a pleasant double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with computer, a flat screen TV.
There is also a relaxation area with an armchair and a coffee table.
This room gives access to a second south-facing balcony.
INDEPENDENT BEDROOM:
The small bedroom has no window, it is equipped with a double sofa bed as well as a wardrobe and a fan.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a large bath with shower, a bidet, a towel rack, an electronic magnifying mirror and a hairdryer.
There is also a washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Alexander was a great help and very friendly. Clean space.
More supplies. We stayed for a month and two weeks. No offer for extra soap or shampoo, had to ask for cleaning supplies.

Belle découverte!
De façon générale, l'appartement est très fonctionnel sauf pour la petite chambre sans fenêtre. Nous avons aussi apprécié la rapidité de réponse de N&J lorsque nous les avons contactés pour régler de petits soucis.
La literie - mettre un drap housse et de meilleures couvertures. Un porte-manteau dans l'entrée serait très utile. Peut-être vérifier la vaisselle et ajouter ce qui manque (par exemple, il n'y avait que deux bols à soupe). Les chaises de la salle à dîner sont endommagées et plus ou moins confortables. Ne pas oublier de réparer l'armoire dans la chambre à coucher.

Emplacement. Espace. Confort lit 160. Luminosité. Calme du voisinage.
2ème chambre exiguë et borgne.

avec lit inconfortable. Peintures d écroutées sur les balcons. Et surtout écoulement des sanitaires sdb.
C'est le point noir de cet appartement.

Appartement globalement de qualité, chambre1,salon,salle de bain,cuisine , RAS, Très bonne qualité. Mais chambre 2 , la petite,n'est pas à la hauteur des autres pièces.

Un excellent séjour à NIce!
L'appartement est bien éclairé. Il a deux balcons. Il est grand. Il est surtout très bien situé, près du Tram, près de la mer, près de bons restos etc. L'appartement est équipé de deux télés avec beaucoup de chaînes. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Appartement très sympathique à 2 pas de la promenade des Anglais
Appartement spacieux et lumineux, car au 5ème étage. Charme de l'architecture "début de siècle", avec ascenseur qui étonne les plus jeunes, plafonds assez hauts... mais logement aménagé de façon moderne (équipement cuisine et télévision notamment )
