Living room, open kitchen opening onto the terrace with pergola. 1 bedroom with a (160x200) double bed with direct access to the bathroom. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) with access to the terrace. Independent WC with hand basin. Sheets and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Garden. Private parking. Closed room for bicycles. Swimming pool (8x4 m) available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cottage between sea and mountains. A few kilometers from the Riviera beaches and at the gateway to three valleys of the Alpes-Maritimes, very popular with mountain lovers. You will overlook the legendary road "N202" which leads from the Côte d'Azur to the Southern Alps. Located opposite the Var River in the middle of small villages typical of the Nice hinterland, you will appreciate the comfort of this accommodation and the charm of the garden surrounding the swimming pool.
