Location: The Californie neighborhood is one of Nice’s most popular areas for its prime location near the beach, shops, and tramline. You can reach the city center, old town and airport quickly by tram. Within 5 minutes’ walk you’ll find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Check-in is fully autonomous – keys are collected from a partner shop on Rue de France (open until 8pm Monday to Sunday).



The Neighborhood:

The Californie neighborhood is ideally located between the beach and the city. You’ll be just a few steps from the famous Promenade des Anglais, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The tram stops nearby and connects you quickly to the airport, city center, train station, and Nice’s picturesque old town.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
