Hotel was impeccably clean. The location is in La Rambla so it’s busy full of life and you will always find something to see and eat and do. You don’t hear the noises within the room too. Location is actually perfect

Needs a renovation.

The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. But the water was lukewarm, AC was barely working, brown towels were like sandpaper, mold in the bath tub, bath fixtures were rusty. The location was great.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of tram to/from airport and close to old town. Elevator was tiny and could only take 2 people with luggage. Breakfast was on the pricy side, but was okay. Staff were wonderful and answered all questions.

The hotel was a bit run down and not in the best condition. The walls between the rooms were too thin and you can hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was ok but very outdated and not very comfortable. Good enough for our stay but won’t be staying there again. The location was great though and close to everything in the city and transportation.

Overall,the atmosphere remained that the customer is for hotel-not the other way round .They smile,yes,but the impression remains that they are not really interested in you well being afterall.Even a small reguestes are repeatedly ignored with a smile or a roll of the eyes.The service description does not correspond to reality in detail .The staff clearly believes that they are doing their best,-underline.Great location.

Perfect hotel for exploring Nice

Nice hotel situated in close to the old city, shopping and the beach. We paid for parking at the hotel, parked safely under Nice Etoile max 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Only bad thing about the parking was that you have to pay a deposit in cash, which the hotel didn’t tell us before even though we wrote a lot of details regarding parking before arrival. Nice clean room, our family of 4 fitted well. New bathroom, small toilet. Refrigerator in the room. No view from the room, but we weren’t expecting that, the hotel and room lived up to our expectations, kind staff as well. We will use the hotel again next time we visit Nice

Hotel Helvetique room is unclean with untidy towels that have an unpleasant odor(vomit smell). It also has limited space for movement due to being quite small. Additionally, the hotel is poorly maintained, and the building itself is old and not well taken care of. To add further, the bathroom is not adequately stocked and has unsanitary towels. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
