The property had just been totally renovated and offers a modern interior design. It offers an entrance, a full equipped open kitchen, a living room with an impressive view over the sea, a balcony which will be perfect for your breakfast. Then it has one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined, a second bedroom with a king size bed, a shower room, a separated toilet. It offers air conditioning in every room. The beach is right down the building. Tramway station Fabron is at 100m away and the tram will drop you off in Nice city center in less than 10 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Just perfect for a holiday rental in Nice with friends or in family
