The flat offers an entrance, a living room with dining area, a full equipped seperate kitchen, a king size bed bedroom with air conditioning, a second queen size bed bedroom with air conditioning, a shower room, a seperate toilet. Unit is spacious and very well located in Nice. Clean and quiet, and I would stay again if visiting. Unfortunately, the unit is described as "air conditioned" but that only applies to the bedrooms. Living room which is a big part of the unit is very hot. I thought Jade, the host had a negative attitude. I asked if a fan was available for the living room and did not get a very positive response. We stayed 5 nights / 3 people and were given two small rolls of toilet paper. When I asked if more was available, I was told this is not a hotel and we had to get our own. It cost us approx 4.99 Euros for toilet paper - such a small cost, yet it was an inconvenience and left us with a bad taste. A fan for the living room and some better stocked essential supplies, and this could be a real good place to stay.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Nizza

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in Nizza. Es ist alles vorhanden in der Wohnung. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz. Was ideal ist, da es auf den Straßen keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Tram und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt von Nizza
