The area is very well served: bus stops to Nice and Cannes, SNCF train station (1km) and airport (7km) are nearby. The Residence has direct access to the sea, the port and the beaches .... with no roads to cross. Ideally located on a first floor with lift and facing south, the flat has a lovely terrace with panoramic views over the port and the Mediterranean Sea. A real "coup de coeur", ideal for a couple or small family. The flat consists of a SPACIOUS 35m² studio with the following layout: Entrance hall with large dressing room.
