Just a stone's throw from Jean Médecin Avenue, the main artery of the city centre, this 27 m² studio welcomes you in a modern, comfortable and central environment. Perfect for two people, it is ideal for a stay in Nice, whether for holidays, a weekend or a business trip. The Nice Thiers SNCF station is 150 metres away, the tram is 100 metres away, and all essential shops are within reach, including a large Monoprix just 3 minutes on foot. In 15 minutes, you can be on the Beau Rivage beach or strolling through Old Nice.   
  
YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD   
  
Located in the Jean Médecin district, in the heart of Nice, this studio places you at the centre of everything: shops, restaurants, cinemas, transport and entertainment. You can easily radiate towards the Promenade des Anglais, the old town, the castle hill or even take the train to explore the surrounding area (Antibes, Monaco, etc.).

Bright and well-arranged, the studio features a main room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a dining area, storage spaces, a television, Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning and electric heating for your comfort in all seasons. How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival   
  
I chose to arrive by air   
  
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:   
  
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.   
  
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.   
  
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.   
  
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2\. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.   
  
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.   
  
I chose to arrive by train   
  
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.   
  
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.   
  
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.   
  
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.   
  
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.   
  
I chose to arrive by car   
  
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:
