It comprises an entrance hall with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area with 4 chairs, storage furniture, a television with Netfilx, coffee tables, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a new bed mattress and a modern, comfortable bathroom. The flat has wifi, Nespresso machine, fans, a washing machine and tumble dryer for your clothes, air conditioning and fans... Fully equipped You'll be in the heart of the old village of Nice, just a few metres from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea. You will discover the exceptional charm of Nice and its old town. On the second floor of a typical old Nice building (no lifts because it's a historic building), you'll be just 3 minutes from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea. Located close to Place Rossetti (the central square in old Nice), you will also be 200 m from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea, and 30 seconds from the tramway, Nice gardens and Place Masséna (the city's main square). You can do everything on foot, wander the typical streets of old Nice and sample the local flavours.
