Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

  • This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
    From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
    The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
    The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
    Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

Great location. It’s a bit tiny for 4 people family but its location can’t be better. A few min from the beach, right next block from bustling streets full of restaurants. Also enjoyed the balcony early in the morning or late evening to night. Great place for a couple or family with little kids.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for couples. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Great Location

This was a small apartment but adequate for our needs. Lovely balcony! The best feature is location. A block from the beach, a block from tobs of restaurants and a few blocks from old town. We would definitely stay again

Perfect location and great studio

A beautiful studio in a perfect location. From my first enquiry to departure, Malin was a great host. Super helpful and always responded quickly. The studio was exactly as it is described and my daughter and I loved it especially the balcony in morning and early evening.

It was fantastic to stay in the beautiful loft studio. Right in the centre of Nice just 200m from Promenade Anglais - you can see the beach from the balcony. Malin and Jonas were amazing hosts providing welcome drinks and snacks and helping with the luggage both on arrival and departure. Highly recommend this studio for a couple wishing to experience Nice.

Stayed here whilst competing in the Ironman champs, myself, wife and our 20YO son. Its a cosy apartment but still fit 3 of us, bike, bike box and has just has everything you need and the location is brilliant. If you struggle with stairs it is not for you but otherwise we couldn't recommend it highly enough and our host was brilliant.

Amazing Stay - perfect location

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, great atmosphere and the balcony was our favourite place to have some drinks and play cards. The room itself isn’t huge but very comfortable and everything we needed. Host is lovely and very accomodating. She let us check out late which made our last day seamless. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic apartment - great location!

My teenage daughter and I spent 4 days in Nice and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach/promenade, there are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach, and walking to the old town/main shopping streets takes 10 minutes.There was everything we needed in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed meals on the balcony as the weather was great for early April.Thank you to Malin for clear communication, an easy, welcoming arrival and helpful information when asked.We would definitely book this again if we return to Nice.

If I could give more stars I would!

We had a much-needed weekend break away and we found Malin’s place to be absolutely perfect in every way. You cannot beat the location for ease in getting around Nice. We did not need a car so I’m thankful we didn’t book one. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance but also had the ease of both bus and tram and train nearby to visit other places like Eze and Monaco. Malin was by far the best host I have encountered with helpful information and ease of reaching her both on arrival and leaving.

Wonderful Apartment and Host....

My adult granddaughter & I stayed at this lovely apartment during a quick visit to Nice. The apt was perfect for us, nicely laid out, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely balcony that we spent some time on watching daily life in Nice go by below us. Few minutes walking time to restaurants, shops, old town, the promenade, beach & the train stop. Perfect location. Malin was a FANTASTIC host, she was very responsive during the booking process as well as prior to our arrival. She met us at the apartment for check-in and once in, showed us where everything was at, how to work the washer, a/c, etc. After check-out and once we arrived at the train station I realized I left my phone at the apt. We were able to use a phone from a train station security guard to contact her and she met me back at the apt to get my phone. She went above and beyond and was so very pleasant while doing so. We 100% would stay here again as well as recommend to others. Malin made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Malin !!

This apartment is in a perfect location! Bars with good happy hour deals and restaurants right outside, but still in the apartment at night it is very quiet. Malin was very helpful and gave us a few pointers for the best bakeries in the area when we checked in. It is a 2 minute walk from the promenade & 5 minutes from old town. The apartment itself is ideal for a couple staying in Nice. Although, we are 5ft 8 and 6ft, and felt a bit too tall for the loft space (both had to duck going down the stairs). The balcony is a lovely touch, and we spent each evening enjoying a glass of wine there before heading out for dinner. Unfortunately, during our stay the Air con was broken. It is a building central system, and therefore not controlled by Malin. She was incredibly responsive when we raised the issue with her, and tried her very best to offer solutions and try fix the heat problem. If we return to Nice, we will be booking to stay at this apartment again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Malin, the host, was great about communication. She greeted us at the property and showed us everything we needed. The apartment was as advertised. Fantastic location! If traveling back to Nice we would absolutely stay again.
