Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a well equipped small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a comfortable double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the spacious and pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.

I had an amazing stay at the property. The loft was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to cafés and restaurants. Wonderful view as well. Malin, the property manager was kind, welcoming and helpful. She ´émet me at the property, showed me around and made some good recommendations for places to eat. Thank you Malin!

This accomodation was 11/10 ! Location was perfect, check in and the host was perfect, accomodation was perfect! Could not recommend booking this accommodation more then anything. We started off our Europe trip in Nice and it was the best way to start. The host will meet and greet you on your arrival with a bottle of rose, give you recommendations for food, beaches etc. The surrounding restaurants are awesome too it was only a short walk or the train station and also a scooter, bike and moped hire shop downstairs. Honestly if you are looking for a place to stay in Nice, South of France this is the place !!!!!
