The location is great, close to the old town and walking distance from the beach. The area is nice with many cafe's and a small supermarket just outside the port. Apartment was similar than it seems in the photos. We could've hoped for better cleanliness (there was some dust and dirt on the walls), but overall it was tidy. You can hear everything from the neighbours, so if you want a quiet place, i don't recommend this. The two best bakeries in nice (La Niçoise and Carabacle Boulangeri on Rue Pastorelli) are also both under a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy and well appointed, and very secure. Wij kwamen om 12u aan, gelukkig kon een medewerker ons even het kantoor binnenlaten zodat we in de tussentijd naar het strand konden. Een box met de sleutel erin of ruimere inchecktijden zou fijner zijn.
