Zwischen dem Haus und dem Strand gibt es eine relativ viel befahrene Lokalstrasse. Im Schlafzimmer auf der Hofseite hört man davon aber nichts. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind neu. Küche ist voll / zweckmässig ausgestattet. Der Fernseher war auch neu (Smart TV) mit Netflix, Disney etc. Der Balkon hat eine Markise, die man elektrisch ausfahren kann. Cependant, la porte d'entrée de l'appartement est à changer car nous entendions, chaque matin, tous les bruits des voisins (discussions, aboiements des chiens de compagnie, pas de nos voisins). Le manque de parking est aussi à souligner, dans une station balnéaire proposant très peu de places de parking gratuites.
