Cote D'Azur explore

We had a lovely stay in this excellent property. Shopping was very close and the wonderful local markets even closer. Easy access to walk to the beach, public transport and the local Cagnes area. Train station is nearby and enabled us to explore the whole Cote D'Azur. We highly recommend.

Beautifully presented apartment with everything we needed. Fantastic location. Close to shops, buses and the train which made it easy to visit Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Ventimiglia and many more. Excellent communication with host. Would definitely visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect holiday

With our family we had a great stay in this apartment. The apartment was very complete, clean and everything worked as it should. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was great. The apartment is definitely recommended and the quality and price ratio is excellent.

Relaxed

The apartment was very clean, well equipped for our needs especially for my granddaughter, hosts were very welcoming. Area is excellent base to explore the south of France and beyond. Love sitting on patio area first thing in the morning watching the sun rise, very relaxing. Local area is a must to explore, the mediaeval alleyway to the top has a beautiful view and excellent restaurants.

We had a lovely stay in Cagnes-sur-mer. The apartment has an amazing location, moments walk from the centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The main bus stop is just as close offering free buses to the beach or the medieval part (or they are a c 20 min walk) The apartment was, really spacious, clean and well furnished, with everything you could possibly need, aircon throughout was much appreciated as it was 30 degrees every day. As was the balcony and separate large terrace. Marie was really responsive and so helpful. I would really recommend starting here and visiting beautiful Cagnes-Sur-Mer

Lovely apartment and lovely host

The apartment was lovely and clean everything you needed was all there ! Evan down to washing up liquid and washing powder! The outside area was lovely and private on both sides the only downside was the neighbour ! He was very loud especially on the last night he seemed to be having a argument with someone this isn’t a reflection on the host or her apartment though. The apartment is directly i the old part of Cagnes su mer and it had everything on the doorstep boulongaries , supermarket , coffee shops ! Everything you need . The bus and train services were great definitely better than renting a car . You must definitely visit Antibes ,Menton ,ez,Monaco they are all amazing 😻 Mrs Gerard was on hand to help with anything we needed to which was a great help .

Great Stay and Beautiful Property

We were two separate families staying in the one apt. Three bathrooms was a huge bonus. The kids stayed in the room that is kind of like a treehouse on the roof. The apt. has everything, even for babies (which we didnt have). The one surprize was a 500€ in cash deposit requested upon arrival. It is not mentioned in the advertising. The apt is expected to be pristine, or a fee will be taken from the deposit. Leaving for Canada the next day with 500 euros in our pocket wasn't ideal, although it might make us return sooner. Traveling with teens made the final morning a bit stressful with dishes, vacuming and washing windows. We had a great vacation.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines kleinen Stadthauses. Die Lage ist ideal, Altstadt und Küstenort, Bahnhof und Busbahnhof, sind zu Fuß prima zu erreichen, Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (Markthalle) befinden sich direkt "um die Ecke". Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden, wer selber kochen möchte findet in der Küche alles was er braucht. Es gibt eine möblierte, große, Terrasse auf der wir gerne gegessen und Zeit verbracht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut, die Schlüsselübergabe freundlich. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Das Haus ist alt und auch die Einrichtung und die Terrassenmöbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An der einen oder anderen Stelle könnte sicherlich mal ein Teil ersetzt werden. Etwas gestört hat uns zum Beispiel der alte Kühlschrank. Er roch etwas muffig und daran änderte auch das innen aufgestellte Natron/Backsoda nichts. Die Kühltruhe müsste abgetaut werden, das eingefrorene Lebensmittel von früheren Gästen noch (angebrochen) vorhanden waren fanden wir unschön. Für unseren Geschmack gab es zuviel Deko, die natürlich schnell verstaubt, das ist aber unser persönlicher Geschmack. Wir haben gerne Gebrauch von dem vorhandenen Informationsmaterial gemacht, Spiele und Bücher (Englische und Französische) sind auch vorhanden.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie Annick et Dominique. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, idéalement situé dans le centre tout en restant très calme. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Nos hôtes ont été adorables! Je recommande sans hésiter.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Il y a tous types de commerces à proximité. Il est spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse bien ensoleillée et sans vis à vis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'y séjourner. Nous avons utilisé le train pour y venir et nous déplacer pendant le séjour. Sa proximité de la gare était un plus pour nous.
