"Great hotel and location (round the corner from a Metro station) so can be at the Duomo in less than 15 minutes. Breakfast is decent and the snacks and drinks available through the day are a real bonus. Room itself was large (we had a balcony too although not private as it runs along the whole of the building). Good quality furnishings, decor etc… Issue with the room not being serviced when requested was the only blemish."

"Good hotel. Seems like a budget option but was really nice actually. Reception and bar area really modern and staff super friendly. Room was really small but was fine for our needs as we were in Milan to explore. Bed comfy and nice shower. Good location as 15 min walk from central station and about 5 min walk to closest metros with great access to the centre of the city. I will use IBIS as an option for future trips"

"On the whole a great hotel, super location and the reception staff were amazing. My only problem was accessibility for a partially disabled elderly mother. The bar was difficult to access and it wasn’t until the last day that one kind member of staff showed her a step free route to her room. The other bar staff did not help and a few clearly were not -disability friendly. So I would recommend the hotel for everything apart from this factor."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."
