This historic home has modern amenities coupled with original flooring and exposed beams from the 1800s. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets you might need, and the rest of the house is furnished in a way that will make you feel right at home! The backyard features 2 decks and an outdoor shower, and is fully fenced in with latching gates, creating a private oasis. It is walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, and the beaches! Be aware that the upstairs has low ceilings, just under 7 ft, with a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom and bath. The basement is not finished but has an additional seating area with a smart TV, game area, and laundry station. Seasonally, you can enjoy yard games such as cornhole and badmitton, or lay back in the hammock and relax.
