It’s ideally located away from busy streets and noise in the middle of a vineyard. Rob and Kathy (hosts) have thought of everything in their villa to make you feel comfortable. So close to many wineries and just a five-minute drive from the old town area. Just a heads up that there is not a full kitchen, just a microwave and toaster – but there are so many amazing restaurants around you won’t want to cook anyway! The upstairs bathroom only has a bathtub so everyone has to shower in the one bathroom downstairs. There is a firepit on the property but it is only for host use, guests are not allowed to use it. Only thing I would note is that the 2nd bathroom shower wasn’t in working condition when we were there. Not sure if this was noted in the listing and ultimately wasn’t a big deal, but we did have to share the shower between 6 guests. In the case of this property, the answer is yes. Quiet, surrounded on all sides by vineyards, cooking steak or salmon on the Vermont Castings grill and eating at the patio table while the sun is going down.(Hint put the table umbrella UP so you don't have to look around it to see the view) After dinner sit around the fire in the backyard pit and wait for dark. Short drive or bike ride to the old town and wineries everywhere. Take your bikes and ride the river trail to the horseshoe Falls. Very bike friendly place ##### Dennis W.
