Travelled with family and pet, overall the hotel is very clean with friendly, helpful staff unfortunately all amenities were closed including both restaurants, no lounge, only 1 small coffee counter open only till 11am, there is no games room or pool table, no gift store - hotel description online is incorrect, yet hotel still charges resort fee $20/night and all related taxes and fees that make up over double the initial room rate. Pet charge $40, parking $20/night + multiple strange unrelated fees and taxes - final bill was 2 pages long! Hotel is conveniently located across from CanadaOne shopping Centre but you have to drive to get food. TV in the room has only few channels, half with poor reception, you need to rely on Wi-Fi and your own devices.
