But a mice problem left us washing dishes before and after we ate. Steep steps in front do not have railing, weeds growing from rain gutter, holes in basement on outside of property. Notes left on paper plates on how to shut the faucet off. Water view, as listed by owner, is outside on the sidewalk or from the bathroom upstairs. Asked owner to reimburse cleaning fee, did not happen. I have been at a quite a few rentals and this property needs some work. For the price, not worth it. ##### Patricia L. Dangerously hanging big broken branch off the tree at the backyard, which we noticed later. Glad it didn't fell on our little kid's head. 4\. problematic door leading to the backyard. 5\. Broken door knob in the only one washroom in the house. 6\. Missing ability to lock the door in the washroom. 7\. Absence of electrical power in the kitchen.
