  • This beautiful apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, indoor sunroom, dining room, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. This rental is on the lower floor with another separate apartment above it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Please do not put wet towels on furniture, leave them in the bathroom or on drying rack which should be located in one of the closets.
Please clean up all food, crumbs and liquids from the rental. Trash can be put in the bins behind the red garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
