Dear guests, we hope you’ve enjoyed your stay at our house! Just a quick reminder that our check-out time is 11am unless agreed otherwise. Please ensure you have left the property by then.
Please put all used towels in laundry baskets. If you load the dishwasher you can start it but if you are not sure how or simply too busy, no worries just leave as is we will take care of it.
If you leave earlier than check out time, could you please message me so we can start the cleaning process as soon as possible.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

person booking must be staying in the residence. We do not accept Third Party Bookings. No more than 8 ppl in the house including visitors.
Guests take full responsibility of using all facilities of the house, floor, staircase, balcony, water/electrical/gas to avoid any safety hazards.
