We’re fast walkers and it is ten, at least. So location good, neighborhood is sketchy, bedroom and bathroom situation (3 of each) is good; austere decoration and broken sofa. The door pad to get in the house wasn’t working. When we left the house we locked the door, but to re-enter the house, each time we left it took us 30 minutes to try to get in the house. The house smelled like mildew and we needed to air out the house, but the front door did not have a screen door and there were a lot of bees flying around and in the house. The Floors was dirty and the living room wall was dirty. On the positive note, the owner did stop by to show us how to use the keypad to get in the house (even though it didn’t work right) and to clean the bedroom floors.
