Room condition was terrible, and the smell was awful. because they just painted the door for maintenance. they assigned the room w/o cleaning perfectly, and the floor was so dirty. i was very annoyed because i have baby. i called 3 times to the service desk to change the room, but nobody come or call back for checking my status. Liked: Staff & service, room comfort 기다림의 미학을 느끼게 해주는 여행입니다~ 버기를 기다리는것 빼곤 좋아요~~ 중국사람이 많긴했는데 피해를 줄 정도는 아니였어요~ 배를 타고 섬에서 왔다갔다하는것도 나름 추억이 됩니다~ 메인 풀도 생각보다 사람이 많지 않아서 좋구요~ 빈펄랜드도 좋았어요~ 특히 루지 는 최고였어요~ 조금 conditions & facilities 내부음식 반입금지로 호텔내에서 음식을 구매해야했는데 가격이 너무 비쌌다 레스토랑도 뷔폐식만 있어 단품요리등 간단한 음식은 판매하지 안았다 중국 단체 관광객들로 로비는 거의 매시간 붐볐고 시장 분위기로 시끌벅적했음. 조식의 음식종류는 다양했으나 정갈함은 동급의 타 호텔들에 비해 떨어지는 편으로 생각됨. #####
