The cleaning staff just bursted into the room quite early (around 8 am) and didn't even leave immideately when they realised people was still in bed. At 5.30 am we where awaken by the prepping for the breakfast. Coffee, tea bags, cups and electric kettle is available. Mini pool available on the roof. Location: Opposite the main road facing the beach with convenient shop and seafood restaurants side by side the small lane that leads into the hotel compound. Was given a room with bad leaking air cond and clogged toilet initially. Complain was made in the evening after we came back from dinner. The leak was pretty bad. The technician tried to fixed at night but decided to try again next day as it was late. We had the rubbish bin fulled with leak water by morning. Complained again to the front desk next morning and this time given a replacement room immediately on the top floor. This room is way much better. Receptionist and housekeeping staffs are polite and friendly and the receptionist speaks good English. Would I come stay at this hotel again? Yes, I would despite the inconvenience I had to go through because of the fast response to my complaint. There are restaurants, shops and tour agencies close by and the beach is just a 100 meters walk away. The rooms are cozy and clean with the bathroom having hot and cold water available at all times with good pressure. All their staff from the reception to the housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mainly local food which tasted allright.
