"Very good breakfast, stuff are nice specially they upgrade my standard yo super nice double beds with shower and tube bath. Everything is perfect until my spouse told me something going to his ears while he woke up in the morning. He found some little tiny ants and flies around the head bed and the corner of the table. I think cleaning the room needed getting fixed."

"I stayed in the Family Ocean View room for 2 nights. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few things you should know before booking.➕ The Pros:Great room: To my surprise, the room was very clean, neat, and spacious since it is actually two connecting rooms.Friendly staff: The hotel team was super helpful and welcoming.Good location: It’s located down an alley, but it’s still very convenient—just a short walk and a street cross to get to the beach.➖ The Cons:Dated lobby & smell: The hotel looks a bit old when you first walk in, and the old carpets have a bit of a smell.Slow elevator: Only one elevator goes up to the 29th floor, so the wait time is long. I usually took the other elevator to the 28th floor and walked up the stairs to save time.Small pool: The swimming pool is quite small, so my family didn't use it.Disappointing view: On Expedia, the photos showed a wide, panoramic ocean view from both rooms. However, our view was mostly blocked by a building in front. It felt more like a partial view than a real ocean view.💡 Quick Tip: If you book the Family Ocean View room, make sure to message the hotel ahead of time and ask them to avoid rooms 4 and 5."

"Decent enough hotel for the price. Location is good, check in was easy. Sleep not the best as cleaners come at 9am every morning and keep banging on the door until you answer, and there's no Do Not Disturb signs. I actually thought about fashioning my own :) Wifi good, shower is a tight squeeze but good pressure and warm. If you get a room ending 03, check it first as mine had weird mechanical noises (maybe another room's AC?) stopping and starting. Didn't wake me and I couldn't be bothered to change room but it might affect a very light sleeper. I suspect most rooms are fine. I'd come back if I was in Nha Trang again as the location is great, with the Red Buffalo pub at the end of the street."
