They refilled the water bottles.They were not brand new. Made you wonder which other corners they were cutting to save money. I have stayed there before and I noticed they decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. I am sorry.I am not staying there again.I'm very disappointed. The help staff was wonderful. Very courteous and kind and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We felt very safe. And I enjoyed our stay, but the hotel obviously.Has taken a beat in with maintenance. We had the ocean view king suite. The view from the balcony was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa of the hotel was very nice. The a/c of the bed room was bad. During the night the temperature was not stable at . The temperature of the air current varied a lot which made the sleeping unpleasent. We didn't like the fitted carpet of the room. It felt dirty on some places. The bathroom floor seemed to have some grime as well. The coffee at the breakfast was cold and the techo music on the breakfast didn't fit the atmosphere.
