"We loved this hotel and the staff is first class, but…The take-away breakfast that we had to order because we had an early flight was rather lame. It was a white bread sandwich with one piece of cheese and one slice of ham, a bottle of water, a drink box of orange juice and an apple. There was jam included? Weird. Might want to rethink this."

"Hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal wasn’t so great - food was bland, most of the staff were great but the man (who I perceived to be the charge hand) spent more time checking his phone than actually doing what he said he would do"

"The only thing I didn’t like was that if you were there less than 7 nights there was no housekeeping done on the room unless you paid an extra fee. Since we only stayed 6 nights we were not eligible."

"The rooms were fine, prices for food and drink in the restaurant/bar were high. When we were there, the fire alarm kept going off, no one updated us until we asked if it was a valid alarm or not. We had to go down many stairs (we were on the 7th floor) after getting dressed and grabbing passports. We waited in the lobby for some minutes before we were told we could go back to our room….no apology really, I would have thought we could have been offered a drink in the bar or something while we waited or offer for later."
