This stylishly newly refurbished coastal home is the perfect getaway to escape the day to day and soak up the Cornish sea air whilst enjoying a soak in the Villeroy and Boch Luxurious Hot Tub whilst watching the waves crash in to Porth Island.
Literally a hop skip and a jump from Porth and 10 minute walk to Lusty Glaze Beach and 25 minutes to Watergate Bay. Stunning location and in a residential area for peace and quiet. The striking beaches of Newquay are all walkable along the beach during Low tide
After a day at the beach, walkable in 2-3 minutes from the house, kick back in the sun trapped private garden, soak up the Suns rays and enjoy the Luxurious Villeroy and Boch Hot Tub. A BBQ and a glass of wine atre the perfect way to unwind and when it gets cooler pop inside, stoke up the wood burner and watch the waves crashing in to the North Cornwall Coastline from the comfort of your sofa.
