"The holiday overall was nice however we went into the cafè on Monday, the blonde young lady with pigtails had bad attitude, she wasn’t very welcoming or polite. Once we sat down for our meal, she not long after brought our food over to us, she dumped it on the table and walked off, she didn’t give us any cutlery or offer us any sauces etc. she didn’t ask once how our meal was. This didn’t give us a very welcoming experience."

"Very spacious house. Interior maintenance poor...Broken blinds, rear patio door would not open, Hob/ovens need a professional deep clean, entrance mat filthy{try washing machine)."

"our caravan was absolutely stunning. plenty of parking and was only a 2 minute walk from the facilities. the rooms were perfect and everything was clean and organised for our arrival. we were even able to check in early ❤️"

"We had a fantastic family holiday in Newquay. Towan house was amazing, especially with the hot tub! Its location is on a quiet street but very close to everything. It was good to meet the owner on our arrival and felt we could contact him if we needed anything, not that we did as the house had everything we needed. All in all a superb property in a great location which made for a great holiday. We would love to stay here again. Thank you."
