Maybe You all could a deal with lyft or uber to provide rides for a reasonable charge ($10, oneway), and get rid of your shuttle all together? but let customers know about this discounted charge"

I was soooo impressed with the friendliness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. Highly recommend. Construction is necessary for improvement. "The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake. Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The van driver wouldn't talk to me about it in the van because of the camera. At the hotel, he wanted to dish the dirt on his boss as the reason he wasn't there and was showing me his log. I explained that I didn't want to be involved in office drama. I went into the hotel and asked for the manager on duty. The lady behind the desk said it was her. After explaining that it took me an hour and a half to get from the airport to the hotel, she offered to credit 2500 points to my account. She told me it would"

"Everything was great other than the back and use doors were inaccessible at night. Our room cards would not work on the doors. We had to walk around the entire hotel. Not safe for women traveling alone. "

"My husband and I spent one night at the hotel in celebration of our anniversary. Upon arrival, we experienced an extended wait during check-in due to only one front desk staff member being present; the process took approximately 15 minutes. The most concerning aspect of our stay occurred when the hotel fire alarm sounded around 1:15 am. We were abruptly awakened and uncertain about the nature of the alarm. Upon entering the hallway, we found other guests equally confused. A hotel guest mentioned that the elevator was not functioning, which led us to believe that the alarm was indeed for a fire, prompting us to use the stairs to exit the building. We, along with other guests, waited outside for roughly 20 minutes without any updates, coordination, or reassurance from hotel staff. This group included families with young children, all left without information. I decided to contact emergency services as there appeared to be no fire department response. After the fire trucks arrived, we continued to wait outside but still received no communication regarding the situation or whether it was safe to return inside. After another 20 minutes had passed, and with no guidance from hotel staff, we chose to go back to our room. The remainder of the night was restless, owing to the uncertainty surrounding the safety of re-entering the hotel. We went back to our room uncertain about safety and slept poorly due to this. This hotel has a serious communication problem during emergencies!"

"The hotel was very run down. It’s connected to a closed red lion. Our room was dirty and smelled like weed. The window screens looked like they had been sprayed with something and never cleaned. When the shuttle came to pick us up at the airport he watched us struggle to load our luggage into the seats. Didn’t even tell us we could put them in the back, just sat in the drivers seat and watched. I ended up with a suitcase on my lap. All the cases of food or drinks at the hotel were empty. There is no restaurant as described in the Expedia amenities. It’s like staying in a hotel that is nearly abandoned, about to close."
