We are thrilled to present this beautiful condo located right on the Harbor, offering stunning views of Newport Harbor. This quiet and spacious unit is just a 3-minute walk from downtown Newport, where you'll find an array of restaurants and shopping options. July is the peak of the summer season, making this condo an ideal choice for experiencing the heart of the city.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a large flatscreen HD TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is roomy and equipped with a walk-in shower and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa that can easily accommodate two additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, freezer with an ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee included), toaster, flatware, glasses, and cookware. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
On the same floor, you'll find complimentary washing machines and dryers available for your use, along with laundry soap provided.
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the condo offer spectacular views of the Newport Seaport, Harbor, and Goat Island, creating a truly picturesque setting.
