This recently refreshed and updated unit boasts a bedroom with a queen size bed and pullout loveseat, a washer/dryer, and renovated bathroom with glass walk in shower. In the living room there is TV and sectional couch, as well as a pullout sofa. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, coffee station, hot plate, and mini fridge. There are also newly installed mini splits. Don’t wait, book today! While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call. We are here to help and hope you enjoy your stay! 86 Spring Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door. Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions. Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests. There are two off street parking spots which are on a first come, first serve basis. There are, however, paid public parking lots on Church Street,and also one on Clarke St. which are both just two blocks away. There is also the option of parking for free at another Windward Lot which is a ten minute walk away located off Broadway. Please contact us if you will be needing access to this lot. 86 Spring Street is a five unit building located on Historic Spring Street. Unit Five is located on the first floor, and is the perfect retreat after a day spent wandering around downtown. When you step into the unit, the living room is outfitted with a sectional couch and pull out sofa bed. The kitchenette has pots and pans, a hotplate, microwave, mini fridge, and sink, as well as utensils and dishes. The bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a pull out loveseat which can sleep one person. There is ample closet space, and the recently renovated bathroom has a beautiful glass walk in shower. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, and the entire suite was recently “freshened up” with new decor, furniture, and mini splits. All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels. Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. Very clean, was able to park right next to property. Only a cpl blocks from all of the action. The AC was nice and cool throughout the night. Very spacious living room, we watched a movie in there. We loved our little apartment in the heart of Newport's historical area. We were able to leave our car parked and walked everywhere. Having a little kitchen with a small stove was great when we just wanted to make a couple eggs in the morning. The back outdoor patio was also very nice for sipping wine and unwinding after wandering Newport. We will definitely stay again. Thank you, Matthew! ##### Carole S. What a beautiful suite....excellent location... tastefully decorated with all the conveniences right down to offering a kurieg with all the items needed for a nice morning cup of coffee. The bed was sooooo comfortable and a spacious updated bathroom with a large walk in shower. Our host responded immediately to any email we sent. We celebrate my 70th birthday...it was the best ever!
